Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.              Suitable beverages other than alcohol (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.

   

  The authorised hours for the sale of alcohol do not prohibit:

   

  1.              During the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals;

   

  Steps taken to promote the four licensing objectives

   

  1.   All waste produced by the premises will be stored in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting lid.

   

  Conditions imposed by the Environmental Regualtion representative

   

  1.              The inner doors to the restaurant will be kept closed after 23.00hrs.

  2.              Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment.

  3.              A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activity/entertainment on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity /entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/enterainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be distinguisable above background levels at  the nearest residential property
