• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

                       Well trained staff, fully qualified and will have attended all relevant courses

                       Comprehensive security

                       CCTV fitted to all relevant area's, especially around till area (high quality coloured images) with 24hr coverage

                       Responsible sale of alcohol by fully trained staff

                       To actively support police early warning system and be aware and update on persons banned from licensed premises and city centre area

                       Strict adherence to age checks

                       Responsible sales of alcohol and to avoid serving alcohol to anyone who appears already to have drunk too much

                       Active checks on all customers who appear to be under the age of 21 years. A record will be kept of all checks (This can be added to till to prove checks made)
