ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Premises Licence Holder will ensure that a CCTV system is fully compliant with the guidance contained in the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) guidance document (www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk <http://www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk/>) regarding installation of CCTV is provided at the premises.
The CCTV equipment shall be maintained in good working order and continually record when licensable activity takes place and for a period of two hours afterwards.
The CCTV system shall cover all areas of the premises to which the public have access including any outside areas.
Images shall be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
The CCTV system shall be capable of downloading images to a recognizable viewable format.
At all times the premises are open for business a member of staff shall be present who is capable of operating the CCTV system and downloading images at the request of police or other authorised officer.
The CCTV system shall be capable of obtaining clear facial recognition images and a clear head and shoulders image of every person entering or leaving the premises.
The Premises Licence Holder or nominated person shall erect and maintain, in a prominent position at every exit a clear, conspicuous and legible notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents.
The licence holder shall ensure that measures are in place to remove litter or waste arising from their customers. The licence holder must prevent such litter from accumulating in the vicinity of their premises. The premises licence holder shall ensure that sufficient receptacles for the depositing of waste materials such as food wrappings, drinks containers, smoking related litter etc. are provided at all times the business is trading.
Doors to the premises shall not be wedged open and shall be fitted with automatic self-closers that will be maintained in sound condition. This is to prevent the escape of noise from patrons to the premises during the early hours of the morning.
Delivery to the premises are only permitted between the hours of :
07:00hrs to 18:00hrs Monday to Friday
10:00hrs and 18:00hrs Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
