ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. Staff will be trained as appropriate in respect of relevant licensing law, the implementation of licence conditions, and are currently trained in health and safety, alcohol and conflict management.
2. The Premise Licence Holder will ensure that the premise is responsibly managed and supervised at all times to ensure that appropriate steps are taken to promote the four licensing objectives.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. In line with alcohol and social responsibility policy there will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption.
2. CCTV installed and the medium upon which the images will be recorded will be clearly identifiable, stored securely, retained for a period of not less than 31 days and will be made available to the Local Authority and Police upon request.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Deliveries are controlled by the Premise Licence Holder and ensures that these take place during the daytime to control noise nuisance.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Staff are trained and made aware of the requirements and need to demand an acceptable form of age ID Pass Card, a passport and the new photo drivers licences are considered appropriate form of ID. Literature about roof of age requirements is on display at the premises.
2. An ‘Age Refusals Register’ kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
