ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives and agreed with The Police Licensing Authority
1. The delivery of goods is restricted to the normal working day.
2. All commercial waste collection will be arranged for after 8am.
General
3. Staff will be fully trained on their responsibilities when supplying alcohol to the Public, stressing the consequences of failure and necessary procedures for enforcement.
4. Literature will be displayed informing customers of adopted policies. This will be written in both English and Polish
Crime and disorder
3. There will be a zero tolerance to disruptive or intoxicated individuals.
4. The premises will have CCTV installed to cover all public access areas, the main door and payment point.
5. The CCTV Images will be retained for a minimum of 28days
6. The CCTV system will be able to download images to a recognisable viewable format I.E.Memory Stick, CD or DVD
7. Staff will be fully trained to ensure the licensing laws are complied with
8. The premises will operate a Zero tolerance policy to all forms of violence, and intimidation
9. Staff will be fully trained to be aware of situations that could cause problems and to take the appropriate corrective action.
Protection of children from harm
11. Full training will be given to ensure alcohol is not sold to children.
12. Polski Smak will adopt the challenge 25 policy
13. The business will maintain a refusal register and ensure the correct level of diligence.
14. The pass scheme will also be used.
15. All training will be documented and produced on request of a member of a responsible authority.
16. All training documents will be retained for at least 12 months.
