ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the four licensing objectives
1. CCTV inside premises
2. A refusal book to be kept
Conditions agreed with the Environmental Health Authority
3. A specific taxi operator has been nominated for staff and customers use.
4. The company’s telephone number is advertised to customers.
5. The operator, and all drivers are aware that they should arrive and depart as quietly as possible, should not sound vehicle horns as a signal of their arrival or leave engines idling unnecessarily.
6. Staff to leave as quietly as possible, particularly at night and early in the morning.
7. Management will control the sound levels of the music within the premises
8. Delivery/collection/storage activities
The delivery of goods is restricted to the normal working day i.e. 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs only.
