ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A Supply of alcohol
Any existing conditions attached to existing justices licence
The authorised hours for the sale of alcohol do not prohibit:
1. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
2. during the first twenty minutes after the end of authorised hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
3. during the first thirty minutes after the end of authorised hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals;
4. consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
5. the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
6. the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
7. the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
8. the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
9. the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
10. the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of alcohol so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.

C Cinema Licence - Video Juke Box
Subject to provisions of the Cinema Act
D Childrens Certificate
1. This certificate shall be operational between the following hours and on the following days, namely:
Monday - Saturday 11.00 - 21.00hrs
Sunday - 12.00 - 21.00hrs
2. Meals and beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be available for consumption in the area(s) to which the Certificate relates at all times when the Certificate is operational. (Area’s shown on plan)
Steps taken to promote the four licensing objectives:
1. Recordable CCTV will be used.
2. Free drinking water will be available at all times when the premises are open to the public.
3. Telephone taxi service will be available.
4. Toughened pint glasses will be used for the supply of alcohol.
5. There is an anti drug policy in place that has been agreed following discussion with the police.
6. Doors and windows will be kept closed whenever regulated entertainment is carried on and in any event after 23.00 hours.
7. Amplified music will not be played at a level that will cause unreasonable disturbance to the occupants of any properties in the vicinity.
8. The outside areas will be closed and cleared of customers after 23.00hrs.
9. Notices will be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to leave the premises and the area quietly.
10. The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is only permitted to take place between the hours of 09.00hrs and 17.00hrs.
11. We have a proof of age policy, requiring the production of ID Cards. All staff will be trained in this policy.
12. Signage will be displayed stating that it is an offence for persons under the age of 18 years of age to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol.
Conditions imposed by Environmental Health Authority
Public Safety
A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels if they are found to be excessive/distinguishable above background levels at the nearest residential property.
Before 23.00hrs
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly audible 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property.
Between 23.00hrs and 23.30hrs (cease of entertainment)
To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise 1 metre from the facade of the nearest residential property.
