ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
General
1. Training of staff appropriate to their role by a personal licence holder.
2. Supervision of staff by a personal licence holder.
3. A personal licence holder on duty whenever possible when premises are open.
4. Adequate staffing levels.
5. Staff banned from drinking on duty.
6. Access to legal advice on all licensing issues.
7. Policy of banning customers for misbehaviour within or in vicinity of premises where deemed necessary and appropriate.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
8. Specific staff training and supervision in assessment of customer consumption and condition.
9. CCTV of all internal areas, retention of tapes/discs etc. for minimum of 30 days.
10. Zero tolerance to offensive conduct.
Public Safety
11. Regular inspection of:
Electrical installations
Fire-fighting equipment
Gas installation
Emergency lighting
12. Regular dedicated cleaning of premises
13. Health and safety risk assessments for staff and customers
14. Facilities for disabled
15. Staff assistance for disabled
16. Limit on number in premises
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
17.Awareness of ‘sensitive’ and local residential properties
18. Trade waste will be collected during normal working hours and no waste will be left outside the premises overnight
Protection of Children from Harm
1. Warning notices in place advising of underage alcohol consumption
2. Full training for staff in law specifically relating to minors and alcohol and specific photo i/d proof of age requirements.
