Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  The Following Conditions Came into force on the 01st October 2010

   

  4.(1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

  (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be    under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

  1.              We have written training policies and formal training in place, which ensure our people are equipped to meet all licensing objectives

  2.              All training and revision/refresher materials are reviewed regularly

  3.              CCTV footage will be retained for a minimum of 21 days

  4.              A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of their responsibilities including not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years

  5.              The store will display signage around the premises informing both staff and customers of our ‘Think 25’ which is in place

   

   

   

  Conditions agreed with The Police Licensing Authority

   

  1.              CCTV cameras will be kept clean and maintained

  2.              At the request of the Police CCTV images will be downloaded to a recognised format as soon as practicable and within 24 hours

  3.              If for any reason the CCTV is not working correctly the Premises will take appropriate steps to ensure any faults are rectified as soon as possible

  Licensing Sub Committee meeting of 02nd March 2010

   

  Hours of operation and sale of alcohol to commence at 07.00hrs and subject ot mandatory conditions contained in the Licensing Act 2003 and conditions consistent with the applicants operating schedule (amended at the hearing in relation to hours) and subject to the conditions agreed with the Police.
