ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
General
All licensable activities conducted on the premises will be closely supervised and monitored by an experienced and fully-trained management team to ensure compliance with the Licensing Objectives
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The premises are equipped with an internal CCTV system. Associated recordings will be retained for a period of 7 days and will be made available to the police on request
2. Management will actively engage in local initiatives such as PARC to assist in the prevention of crime and anti-social behaviour
Public Safety
1. Regular staff training will be provided on basic health and safety, fire safety (including emergency evacuation plans) and associated customer care
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Management will ensure that all licensable activities finish in good time before the premises close to the public to facilitate orderly departure
2. Management will monitor and control the sound levels of any musical/entertainment to ensure there is no negative impact on neighbouring premises
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. The premises policy will require anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be 21 or under to prove their age with a passport, driving licence or PASS-accredited hologram card
Conditions that have been agreed with the Environmental Health Authority
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Ventilation equipment will be regularly cleaned and maintained to control the levels of odour generated by the premises
2. Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by patrons, will be available and maintained where outside areas are provided for use of patrons
There will be no adult entertainment at this premise
