ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
1. Appropriate staff training to be satisfactorily completed and recorded.
2. Training records can be made available for inspection upon reasonable request by a relevant officer of a responsible authority.
3. Spirits to be located behind the counter.
Conditions agreed with the Police Licensing Authority
1. A CCTV system will be installed and maintained with images to be retained for a minimum of 31 days and capable of downloading images to a recognised format, without undue delay, upon reasonable request by the Police. Only authorised staff will be permitted to download images.
2. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21, and unknown to the staff member serving as a person over 18 years old, shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18.
3. The only acceptable forms of identification are a UK photo driving licence, a valid passport or a PASS accredited identification card. No ID No Sale.
4. Notices publicising the Challenge 21 initiative shall be clearly displayed at the entrance to the premises and behind the counter area.
