(1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
1. CCTV system with 24 hour recording facilities in place at site, which can be made available to the police if required
2. Appropriate staff training to be satisfactorily completed and recorded
3. Training records can be made available for inspection upon reasonable request by a relevant officer of a responsible authority
4. Spirits to be located behind the counter
5. Appropriate training manual, refusals book, challenge 21 and PASS accredited proof of age initiative to be operated by all staff
