(1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
1. CCTV system with recording facilities in place at site
2. Appropriate staff training to be satisfactorily completed and recorded
3. Training records can be made available for inspection upon reasonable request by a relevant officer of a responsible authority
4. Appropriate training manual, refusals book
There will be no adult entertainment at this premises
Conditions that have been agreed with the Police Licensing Department at licensing hearing of 4th August 2009
1. Between the hours of 23.00 and 06.00 hours and at the discretion of the staff member on duty, sales can be made via the night hatch
2. The police will be provided with a Pace senior manager contact telephone number
3. Pace shall operate Challenge 25 whereby any customer wishing to purchase alcohol and appearing to be under 25 and unknown to the staff serving must be asked to produce either a photo driving licence, passport or a PASS accredited proof of age. No identification no sale
4. Pace will provide ultra violet based equipment to check suspect identification
5. Alcohol training for staff will include the legal age from which people may purchase alcohol beverages, recognising the signs of a proxy sale and how to assess whether a person is drunk
