ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions that have been agreed with the Environmental Health Authority
1. The delivery of goods is restricted to the normal working day.
2. All commercial waste collection will be arranged for after 8am.
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
1. Staff will be fully trained on their responsibilities when supplying alcohol to the Public, stressing the consequences of failure and necessary procedures for enforcement.
2. Literature will be displayed informing customers of adopted policies.
3. There will continue to be a zero tolerance to disruptive or intoxicated individuals.
4. The premises will have CCTV installed to cover all public access areas, the main door and payment point. This system is home office compliant.
5. Shelf quantities will be kept to a minimum with most purchases on request to stop petty theft and underage drinking.
6. Staff will be fully trained to ensure the licensing laws are complied with and will be pro active in attitude.
7. The staff will show consideration for the safety of the general public and its customers. The business will take any action to ensure this is maintained. Law enforcement may be utilised.
8. Zero tolerance policy to all forms of violence, intimidation and intoxication.
9. Staff will be fully trained to be aware of situations that could cause problems and to take the appropriate corrective action.
10. In an effort to avoid adding to any potential problems U Anety does not remain open during the late evenings hours and will continue this approach.
11. Full training will be given to ensure alcohol is not sold to children.
12. U Anety will be adopting the challenge 25 philosophy.
13. The business will maintain a refusal register and ensure the correct level of diligence.
14. The pass scheme will also be used.
