• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

  ·              Alcohol will only be served as an accompaniment with food

  ·              We will refuse to sell alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated

  ·              We have close links with the local police and residents

  ·              Bottles and glasses will not be taken outside the designated area of the bistro café

  ·              Customers will be reminded to be respectful of close living residents

  ·              Anyone appearing to be under 21 years of age will be required to prove that they are over 18 years of age

  ·              A nominated taxi firm will be provided
