• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

  Staff are trained to promote sensible drinking and will monitor the amount that people drink

  Anyone entering the vehicle appearing to be incapacitated by alcohol will be refused any further alcohol. Staff will monitor this.

  To keep alcohol in a secure locker in back of vehicle out of sight

  Alcohol consumed in the vehicle will be limited and a zero tolerance to drunkenness will apply

  Regular removal of glass bottles

  Plastic glasses will be used

  Alcohol must be purchased from us, customers cannot supply their own and the alcohol supplied must be consumed in the vehicle.

  There will be no promotions that encourage obsessive drinking

  Zero tolerance to drugs, the police will be informed if anyone is found to use them or have them on their person in the vehicle

  The challenge 21 Scheme will be adopted and all passengers will be required to carry identification 

  Under 18 year olds will need to be accompanied by an adult if alcohol is on board
