Late Night Refreshment
A tariff of charges made in the premises, shall during the hours of late opening, be kept displayed so that it can be conveniently read by persons frequenting the premises before entering.
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
The trailer is wheel clamped and secured on sight
A tow hitch security ball is used to prevent the van being towed or moved
The van is jacked up at each corner to secure it and prevent it being tampered with
The generator is chained and covered (with acoustic cover) is regularly maintained and conforms to EU noise directive requirements
Gas bottles are covered and licked to prevent tampering
CCTV cameras cover the area
The counter is unreachable by children as it is 4ft high and has no hot surfaces near the front of the van or around the serving hatch
Sharp objects are not used on the counter at any time
Money is placed out of sight of the public
Health and Safety rules are strictly adhered to
The van is cleaned throughout at night
A secured waste bin is available to the public and emptied every night
The van is stocked during the day in normal working hours
