(1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Steps taken in order to promote the four Licensing Objectives.
1. Premises will be fully covered with CCTV, with recordings withheld with report of an incident.
2. Recorded music volume will be reduced to background level during the wind down period.
3. All windows will be kept closed after 23.00.
4. A notice will be placed prominently at the exits asking customers to leave quietly.
5. Deliveries will not be accepted at unreasonable early time of morning or late at night.
