• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

  General

  CCTV is installed and maintained

  A notice is to be displayed prominently at the entrances to the premises advising patrons that CCTV is in operation

  CCTV recordings will be maintained for a period of one month

  A proof of age scheme will be in force to the satisfaction of the police and Licensing Authority

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

  The store subscribes to the ‘PARC’ (Plymouth Against Retail Crime) scheme or equivalent scheme such as is in force from time to time

  Security guards are on the premises during opening hours to assist in all matters of crime prevention

   

  Public Safety

  The fire and other safety measures with which the premises are provided will be maintained in good working order and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis by the carrying out of risk assessments, as required by and in accordance with the Fire Precautions (Workplace) regulations and/or other legal requirements as shall be in force from time to time.

  An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available for the use of patrons and staff

  All staff will receive training regarding their actions in the event of an emergency to ensure the safety of colleagues and patrons

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

  All the rubbish produced by the premises is stored securely in a designated area
