• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

  We will at all times maintain the standards of the Four Licensing Objectives, including constant review of activities to ensure this is done

  We always use personnel to ensue effective controls

  Promote sensible drinking

  Zero tolerance on drugs and watching for drink spiking

  Monitor capacities to a safe level

  Regular removal of glasses and bottles

  Fire safety and emergency lighting are maintained

  Disposal of waste e.g. Glass recycled

  Limitation of access dependent on nature of activities

  Use of I/D systems

  If necessary there will be accompanying adults
