ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
· Large selection of soft drinks available
· Alcohol served only on purchase of food - there will be no bar service
· Regards to health and safety by way of in house risk assessments
· Music levels will be kept to a minimum and glass door will be kept shut
· Children must be accompanied by parents
· A strict age control policy will be in place
Conditions that have been agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
Public Nuisance
· Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment.
· Suitable signage shall be displayed at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons, in particular to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.
· Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises; and asked to move away as quickly and as quietly as possible.
· The deliveries of goods will be restricted to after 8am and before 6pm daily.
· The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 11.00pm.
· All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting/lockable lid.
· Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant equipment and machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.
· Between 11.00pm & 12 midnight
· To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise within any residential property.
