• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Public Nuisance

   

  Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment.

   

  Suitable signage shall be displayed at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons, in particular to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises.

   

  Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises; and asked to move away as quickly and as quietly as possible.

   

  The deliveries of goods will be restricted to after 8am and before 6pm daily.

   

  The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 11.00pm.

   

  All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting/lockable lid.

  Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant equipment and machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.

   

  Between 11.00pm & 12 midnight

  To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise within any residential property.
