Annex 2 - conditions consistent with the operating schedule
Late Night Refreshment
A tariff of charges made in the premises, shall during the hours of late opening, be kept displayed so that it can be conveniently read by persons frequenting the premises before entering.
Conditions that have been agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
The delivery of goods is restricted to the normal working day
The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will be kept to a minimum after 23.00hrs
Ventilation equipment will be regularly cleaned and maintained to control the levels of odour generated by the premises
Suitable signage will be positioned at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons, in particular to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises
Where plant and machinery is likely to cause a noise problem it will be positioned in such a way that the building structure provides as much screening as possible for nearby noise-sensitive properties. Alternatively, or additionally, control measures such as acoustic enclosures, acoustic louvers, silencers, or additional acoustic screening will be considered.
Conditions that have been agreed with the Police Licensing Department
General
All staff shall be fully trained to perform their role.
An incident register shall be maintained to record any activity of a violent, criminal or anti-social nature. The record will contain the time and date, the nature of the incident, the people involved, the action taken and details of the person responsible for the management of the premises at the time of the incident.
This incident register shall be available for inspection at all reasonable times by an authorised officer of relevant responsible authority. The records will be retained for at least 12 months.
The police will be provided with a senior manager contact telephone number
At all times the premises are open after Midnight there will be a minimum of one door supervisor on duty stationed at the entrance to the premises from 11pm until 0500hrs.
CCTV
The Premises Licence Holder will ensure that a CCTV system is fully compliant with the guidance contained in the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) guidance document (www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk) regarding installation of CCTV is provided at the premises.
The CCTV system shall cover all areas of the premises to which the public have access including any outside areas.
Images shall be retained for a minimum of 31 days
The CCTV system shall be capable of downloading images to a recognizable viewable format.
At all times the premises are open for business a member of staff shall be present who is capable of operating the CCTV system and downloading images at the request of police or other authorised officer.
The CCTV system shall be capable of obtaining clear facial recognition images and a clear head and shoulders image of every person entering or leaving the premises.
