ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
CCTV system situated at the entrance/exit door and also in the bar area
Regular cleaning and checking of all restaurant and WC areas
Sensible alcohol consumption to be monitored by staff
There is sound insulation between compartment floors and walls
There is double glazing to current building regulation standard
There will not be any activities on the premises which would be considered harmful to children
Children are welcome to dine in the restaurant with accompanying adults
A wide range of soft drinks are available
Conditions that have been imposed by the Environmental Health Authority
Public Nuisance
Suitable signage shall be displayed at the exit to request the co-operation of patrons, in particular to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premise
Patrons will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises; and asked to drive away as quickly and as quietly as possible
The deliveries of goods will be restricted to after 08.00hrs and before 18.00hrs daily
The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises will by kept to a minimum after 23.00hrs
All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting/lockable lid
Regular maintenance will be carried out on all plant and machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum
First Aid provision will be available for the use of patrons
