ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV to be maintained and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of The Police and Local Licensing Authority which shall be focused on exit and entrances to the premises
2. CCTV recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days
3. A notice will be displayed at the entrances to the premises where CCTV is in operation
4. Alarm system to be maintained and operated by the college’s nominated security contractor
5. The college shall take all reasonable steps to prevent opened bottles from being carried off the premises
6. No alcoholic drink promotions shall be promoted from the premises
Public Safety
1. Regular glass and bottle collections will be undertaken during those events involving the sale of alcohol
2. The college employs a health and safety officer to maintain and monitor the college’s health and safety policy for all parts of the premises
3. Capacities for all parts of the premises shall not be exceeded
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Waste from the premises will be disposed of using the correct methods and containers and at times of the day when minimal disturbance will be caused to local residents
2. All windows and doors (except for egress and access and in the case of an emergency)shall be kept closed in that parts(s) of the premises where live/recorded music is played whenever live/recorded music is played from the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. All sales of alcohol by the college’s students will be supervised by the DPS, or a personal licence holder or by others authorised by the DPS
2. No sales of alcohol by the college’s students who are under the age of 18 will be permitted
3. All sales of alcohol at third party events (non college organised events) shall be made by a personal licence holder or supervised by a personal licence holder
4. The college shall operate a proof of age drinking policy
