• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  General

  Current official identification will be required for all persons under 25yrs on demand

  Refuse to serve persons showing drunkenness through their behaviour

  Display signage regarding Licensing Laws

  Liaise regularly with Police Licensing regarding crime and disorder

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

  CCTV through site with hard drive recording

  Any bottles leaving establishment will be sealed

  Restricted responsible drinks promotions

  The monitoring of people who may be intoxicated

  Frequent and regular checks to toilets

  Zero tolerance to criminal activity

   

  Public Safety

  All areas to be well lit

  Air conditioning where necessary

  Ample seating

  No excessively loud music

  Live music to be unamplified

  Zero tolerance to drugs activity

  Compliance with Health and Safety and fire regulations

   

  The Prevention of public nuisance

  Live music and activities will not be amplified

  Notice at exits requesting ‘customers to have respect for local residents and to please leave quietly’

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

  Full range of soft drinks to be provided

  Children under the age of 18 yrs to be excluded after 18.00hrs unless under adult supervision

  Children under 18yrs to be barred from computers unless under parental supervision
