• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

  To strictly comply with all statutory requirements and to closely co-operate with local authorities in pursuance of the four licensing objectives

  To adopt reasonable recommendations from the relevant authorities from time to time

  Alcohol is to be consumed ON the premises only

  Restrictions in place to deal with drunk and disorderly customers

  CCTV  installed

  Fire safety training will be provided to staff

  Fire safety alarms and extinguishers installed and fire exits are adequately signposted

  First Aid training will be provided for staff

  Delivery of goods will take place during the day time

  Adequate lighting to be provided

  Toilets will be regularly cleaned

  Background music will not be audible outside of the premise

  Customers asked to keep their volume down when leaving the premise

  Extraction system in place to deal with kitchen odours

  Regular collection of waste

  Drains are regularly maintained

  Staff are instructed to ask for proof of age I/D where necessary

  Children must be accompanied by an adult
