Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  1.              The supply of alcohol for the consumption indoors, Monday to Sunday 08.00hours to 23.30hours

  2.              The hours premises may open to the public Monday to Sunday 08.00hours to 00.00hours

  3.              A specific taxi operator be nominated for staff and customers and the company’s telephone number be advertised to customers.  The operator and all drivers be made aware that they should arrive and depart as quietly as possible, should not sound vehicle horns as a signal of their arrival and leave engines idling unnecessarily.  In addition staff would leave as quietly as possible, particularly at night and early in the morning.

  4.              At the end of every evening a member of staff would check the immediate area outside of the premises and remove any litter

  5.              The use of tables and chairs by patrons in the outside area is to be monitored to ensure they did not spill onto the pavement
