Steps that have been taken to promote the four licensing objectives
General
· CCTV cameras to be installed in agreement with police, and 31day recording is available to the police for evidential purposes.
· All spirits, fortified wines etc are displayed at the rear of the serving area and therefore not subject to self service.
· All other intoxicating liquor to be displayed at the rear of the shop.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

Public Safety
· Public safety within the shop premises is adequately controlled by existing legislation
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
· Notices prohibiting the consumption of intoxicating liquor within the shopping centre will be displayed at exits and point of sale.
The Protection of Children from Harm
· Notices to be displayed within the premises indicating age limits for the sale of alcohol and indicating that persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years will be asked for proof of age.
· All staff are trained upon commencement of their employment of the requirement of licensing law on the premises.
· If suspicion exists on a persons age and being, relative to the alcohol intended to be purchased, where photographic documentary evidence was not produced or if produced was not satisfactory, then no sale should be made.
