ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Buildings and Public Liability Insurance is in place.
2. Hall users other than congregation have to provide proof of Public Liability Insurance.
3. Licence agreements are to be implemented.
4. No money on premises and only low value items. Premises securely locked when not in use.
5. Responsible adults will be present to prevent disorder.
6. Fire exits clearly marked.
7. Fire extinguishers covered under maintenance contract of the correct type and strategically placed.
8. Kitchen manager and hall manager instructed in use of extinguishers.
9. A smoke alarm is to be installed in kitchen & regularly tested.
10. Numbers of persons at any time to be limited to 100.
11. Music to be regulated and level controlled.
12. Persons who appear to be on drugs or drunk refused entry.
13. Troublemakers will be identified and refused entry.
14. The sale of alcohol is prohibited except under the authority of a premises licence, a club premises certificate or a temporary event notice.
15. Persons causing public nuisance will be reported to the Police and banned.
16. To follow the House of Bishops Child Protection Policy and use Diocesan Child Protection team and Guidelines. The parish has a Child Protection representative to implement them.
