• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  1.              All participating traders of the Christmas Market are instructed to monitor the event closely and to intervene in the case of any disturbances

  1.              All stipulations made by Plymouth City Council regarding Health and Safety will be followed. 

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

  1.              All staff at the Market are instructed to ensure no nuisance behaviour occurs

  2.              Ample litter bins will be provided and frequent cleaning up will be carried out

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

  1.              The Christmas Market is a child-friendly event, designed to communicate the festive spirit in the German tradition.

  2.              There will be no activities which are potentially harmful to children
