• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Conditions that have been agreed with The Environmental Health Authority

   

  Public Nuisance

  1.              Facilities for depositing litter and the collection of litter generated by patrons will be available and maintained

  2.              All the rubbish produced by the premises will be stored securely in a designated area or in a bin with a tight fitting lockable lid

  3.              If litter accumulates due to activities of the premises, it will be picked up and disposed of in a suitable receptacle

   

  Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives

   

  1.              No one to be allowed to stand around after being served (van will be signed to this effect)

  2.              CCTV system installed, also radio contact to doormen at JRs Night Club

  3.              Area around trailer will be kept clean at all times and rubbish bins will be supplied
