(1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
1. Staff are trained in crime prevention measures
2. CCTV is to be installed at the premises
3. Lighting is to be installed at the premises with a view to being able to see who is the cause of criminal activity
4. Robust proof of age policy including signage (photo, driving licence/passport are considered the most reliable forms of age verification)
5. PASS (Proof of Age Standards Scheme) is a Government backed initiative and cards which carry the PASS hologram logo would also be acceptable as proof of age
6. Full range of soft drinks
