ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions that have been agreed with The Police Licensing Authority
Conditions relating to the Prevention of Crime and Disorder
CCTV
1. CCTV system working and recording good quality images
2. The recorded image to be kept for a period of at least 10 days
3. The police licensing department will be informed if the CCTV system is not working properly
4. A notice will be displayed at the entrance advising CCTV is in operation
5. Lighting within the premise will not undermine the quality of the recorded image
General
1. All incidents of disorder inside and outside (if related to the premise) will be reported to the police as soon as possible
Conditions that have been agreed with The Environmental Health Authority
Public Safety
1. An air management system within the premises will be used during entertainment, as there will be insufficient ventilation when all windows and doors are closed, to prevent noise break out
Public Nuisance
2. Doors will be kept shut during entertainment
3. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment and take action to reduce noise levels at the nearest residential property
4. To prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise one metre from the façade of the nearest residential property
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
(a) GENERAL
Staff banned from drinking on duty
Records maintained of any material incidents within or in immediate vicinity of premises
Zero tolerance to drugs use and dealing
Policy of banning customers for misbehaviour within or in vicinity of premises where deemed necessary and appropriate
Availability of soft drinks, non-alcoholic and/or low alcohol beverages at all times
Food available
(b) THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
Specific staff training and supervision in assessment of customer consumption and condition

Warning notices in place in relation to under age drinking
Full training for staff in law specifically relating to minors and alcohol and specific photo i/d proof of age requirements
