ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps taken to promote the four Licensing objectives
The prevention of crime and disorder
A proof of age policy to satisfaction of the police and the licensing authority will be in place.
Public Safety
The electrical system, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested manually by a competent person to ensure their safety.
The gas system including appliances will be inspected and tested by a CORGI registered gas engineer annually and a satisfactory Gas safety certificate will be obtained.
All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
The sanitary accommodation consists of:
2 Male/Female WC's, each with 1 wash hand basin. 1 of such WC's is suitable for disabled persons. The location of the facilities are indicated on the attached plan.
All sanitary accommodation will be maintained in good working order.
Suitable and sufficient lighting will be provided to the toilets.
Provision will be made for the collection and disposal of sanitary towels.
Suitable and sufficient ventilation will be provided to the toilets.
First aid provision will be available for the use of patrons.
CCTV will be provided to enhance the safety of patrons and staff where deemed appropriate.
All staff have received suitable training regarding their duties in an emergency and in general safety precautions.
Regular glass and bottle collection will be undertaken throughout opening hours.
Ventilation equipment will be regularly cleaned and maintained to control the levels of odour generated by the premises.
