(1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -
(a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Steps that have been taken to promote the Four Licensing Objectives
1. All staff will be trained on licensing issues
2. CCTV will be installed and maintained to the requirements of the police
3. A proof of age policy will be in force and a refusals book maintained
4. Notices will be prominently displayed at ‘point of sale’ detailing the restrictions on sales to children
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Suitable signage be placed in prominent position to require the co-operation of customers when using the premises to make as little noise as possible to prevent disturbance to neighbouring properties
The delivery of alcohol be restricted to the normal working day
The facility for depositing and collecting litter be provided at the premises
