Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: -

  (a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Steps taken to in order to promote the four licensing objectives

   

  1.  CCTV system will  operate during operational hours

  2.  Toughened glasses will be used during operational hours.

  3.  There will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption.

  4.  There will be no adult entertainment (paid for by the company of a nude physical nature) permitted.
