ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Between 23:00 and 24:00 to prevent entertainment being intrusive, noise emanating from the premises will not be clearly distinguishable above other noise 1 metre from the facade of the nearest noise sensitive property.
2. Between 24:00 and 02:30 am noise emanating from the premises will not be distinguishable above back ground levels 1 metre from the facade of the nearest noise sensitive property.
3. A senior member of staff (manager) will assess the impact of any noisy activities on neighbouring noise sensitive premises at the start of the entertainment and periodically throughout the entertainment.
4. Management will control the sound levels of the music/entertainment.
5. Doors and windows will be kept shut during entertainment.
6. Staff will check prior to entertainment, and periodically during entertainment, that all doors and windows are shut.
7. Live Music will finish at 24:00.
Steps that have been taken in order to promote the four licensing objectives
1. CCTV systems to monitor all areas of the bar
2. Recorded music will be reduced to background level during the wind down period
.
3. A notice will be placed prominently at the exits asking customers to leave quietly.
4. Opened drinking vessels are not allowed to be carried away from the premises’
.
5. Photographic proof will be required to be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol and whose appearance appears to be under 18years of age.
6. Children will not be allowed anywhere on the premises when any form of adult entertainment is in progress.
7. Any adult entertainment will not commence until after 21.30hours.
